Refund Policy

1. Orders are Final and Non-Refundable

Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable. This applies to all purchases, including worship offerings, prayer services, and ceremonial registrations. Please carefully verify the items, quantities, worship date, and delivery method before placing an order.

2. Special Terms for Ceremonial Registration

Ceremonial events require prior preparation, including offerings, ritual tools, and venue arrangements. Once the registration is successful, we will immediately begin preparations. Therefore, orders for ceremonial events cannot be canceled or refunded.

If unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government regulations) prevent the ceremony from taking place, we will provide rescheduling or postponement options as alternatives.

3. Order Errors or System Issues

If a system error or any unexpected issue results in an order not matching the actual service provided, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of order confirmation, providing the order number and relevant details. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

4. Special Terms for Prayer Services on Behalf

Once a prayer service is confirmed, our team will carry out the ceremony as scheduled. This service is non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Methods and Time

  • Self Pickup: Customers can collect their purchased worship items at the designated counter on the scheduled worship date.
  • Delivery to Doorstep: Orders will be delivered 30 minutes before the scheduled worship time at the designated location to ensure a smooth ceremony.
  • Prayer on Behalf Service: Our team will conduct the prayer on behalf of the customer at the scheduled time and provide photos as confirmation.

2. Delivery Fees

Currently, all deliveries are free of charge with no additional fees. However, we reserve the right to adjust delivery fees in the future based on operational needs. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

3. Delays or Special Circumstances

If delivery is delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify users as soon as possible and provide a reasonable solution.
